I can’t believe that 2022 is almost over. It seems every year flies by quicker. I guess that’s how it feels when you age, and I’m 39 next year. This was one of the best years of my life. I received lucrative work that helped me get out of debt and increased my savings. YES!
The first book promotion night for my novel My Wife and Girlfriend was on 1 December in Serbia. Although the turnout was poor, I enjoyed it and saw the potential that the book has. I’m about to embark on a world book tour, with upcoming stops in South Africa, India and Thailand scheduled in 2023.
I’m also evolving my career into a business. My full-time job is writing content, but I’m in the process of hiring writers so I have time to focus on my books and the blog. Sadly, I didn’t write any books in 2022, and I wrote fewer short stories for this blog than I desired. Work took up a lot of my time this year, but that’s all changing.
I’m welcoming the new year with optimism and opportunism. You can expect much more short stories from me in 2023 than this year. I might even publish another book. I’m definitely going to upload at least one short story a week to my podcast in 2023.
My podcast features short stories from my blog in audio, read by a professional. If you prefer to stay on the blog but enjoy my stories read to you, open up any story and click on the audio above the text. Most stories on the blog already have audio, but I will add to the ones that don’t have it.
Since the year is drawing to a close, I thought this was a great opportunity to browse through my short stories archive and compile a list of the best ones. I love almost all of them, but I was also objective when choosing the best stories.
Here are the top three stories I wrote in 2022:
Hubby and His MMA Fighter Tag Teamed Me
Sleeping with Married Women for Revenge
Blowing My Money on Booze, Bitches and Blow
You can check out all of my short stories and decide for yourself the best ones.
Thank you so much for visiting my blog in 2022, and next year, the blog will be populated with even better stories. Have a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year.
