Some jobs can take up most of your time, leaving you to do very little else. That’s what happened to me since I started a new job in September. I’ve been doing it for almost two months, and I knew immediately that it was not for me. That’s the reason October is my last month. I’ve almost lasted a whole two months. Yay!
Working 13-hour shifts throughout the night and then coming home at 9 a.m. left me with little energy to do anything, especially tap into the creative side of my brain to come up with erotic stories, which I love. I’ve been exhausted, and honestly, I can’t wait for my last day. Some jobs are just not meant for certain people.
I’d much rather have time for writing. It’s been about three weeks since I posted a short story, and I don’t even consider it to be my best work. My goal is to publish awesome short stories for free. That’s always been my aim with this blog, and I’ll deliver on that promise in about two weeks.
You can expect new short stories from November. I’ll come up with some really cool stories and continue to publish them every Friday. I started this blog at the beginning of 2020, and I haven’t missed an upload on a Friday.
We’re almost there. I’ve missed not uploading short stories, and I want to apologise. I know that most visitors to the blog want to read short stories, and I will continue to provide just that shortly.
I’m the happiest when I write fiction, and life has shown me that I need to use every second of my time to do what I love. If I don’t follow my passion now, then when?
I just checked the time, and I have to get ready for work and embrace another long shift. Well, that’s how it is for now, but everything will change soon. And I’ll get back to delivering top content that you can enjoy.
Be patient with me, and I’ll make it worth your while.
