Season 1 of the Erotica Lust podcast had 87 episodes. The season finale was published in July 2022, and the final episode, Intimacy Awaited Me at My Weekend Getaway, has more than 76,000 listens. I was impressed by that number, considering the first episode aired in September 2021.
The all-time plays of the podcast is over 800,000, as of writing, and I think it can reach several million with the second season. The good news is that the second season starts tomorrow, 24 February 2024. I’ve already scheduled two stories, one for Saturday and the second episode will air on Sunday.
The Saturday episode is A Hit and Run Encounter I’ll Never Forget, a story about a depressed married woman who wants to get back at her cheating husband. She fills up gas but discovers that she doesn’t have enough money and then finds another way of paying the attendant.
The second episode, Taking What Rightfully Belongs to Me, will be aired on Sunday. It’s a story about a homeless woman who asks for shelter from her uncle and then discovers that she shouldn’t have been homeless. This angers her, and she seeks revenge.
I’m not certain, yet, how many episodes the second season will have. But I have written about forty short stories so far that I can feature in the podcast. Not all of them will be selected, but I will write new stories in the coming months that could be featured.
What’s certain is that I will be uploading a new story on Saturday and Sunday for the next few months. As long as there are people listening to the stories, I’ll keep uploading until I eventually run out of material.
I’m also looking for ways to improve the podcast. One of the aspects I’m focused on is finding a lady with a seductive voice to read the stories. That’s not easy, but I will keep searching. I’ll also eventually add sound effects and anything else that will improve the listener’s experience.
All of that will come with time, but for now, I’ve managed to convert the stories into speech. That costs money, and I can only improve the podcast if I’m supported by readers.
