To have sex with the woman you want, you need to approach her. You might meet women at work or through friends, but there’s no doubt you saw an attractive woman in public. To get her into your bed, you need to first talk to her.
It all starts with the approach.
You don’t approach her—you go home and jerk off. The biggest reason most men, including me, back out of approaching a woman is because they talk themselves out of it. Their mind comes up with numerous reasons why not to do it: she has a boyfriend; she’s busy and doesn’t want me to disturb her; I’ll do it tomorrow.
In order to block that negative voice in your head, preventing you from speaking to her, you should not give it a chance to talk. Just a few days ago, I walked past an extremely attractive woman. And by default, my mind thought that I shouldn’t approach her because she’s too young or that she is busy on her phone.
Even after having approached literally thousands of women, my mind still defaults to excuses.
On the days that I have success, I do so because I don’t hesitate to approach a woman. I do it as an impulse. I go up to her immediately and just say the first thing that comes to mind. If you’re a beginner at approaching, it’s okay to have a line memorised.
By going up to her immediately, I don’t let that negative voice talk me out of doing it. It’s the most powerful way to shut it up. That voice is not your friend. It’s protecting your ego, which is ruining your sex life.
When I approach immediately, I’m less nervous because I haven’t thought of all the things that can go wrong, and I seem spontaneous. I’m going with the flow, and I haven’t even given myself a chance for self-sabotage.
It sucks not to approach the woman you want to talk to.
I’m still kicking myself for not speaking to that girl a few days ago. Even if she had rejected me, I would know where I stand. Now, I’ll wonder, what could’ve been?
When you see the woman you like, just start moving towards her. If you must have something on your mind, think of the thing to say. Don’t give that negative voice an opportunity to speak.
