The best day of the week for me is Sunday. My parents and I go to church and then have lunch. Mom usually spoils me with cake or other delicious desserts. She’s been doing that since I was a teenager and hasn’t stopped that tradition, even though I have been out of the house for ten years.

This past Sunday was different. Mom said that I should stay for the bible studies after the sermon. I never wanted to be a part of it, but Mom insisted. To keep her happy, I stayed. I hoped that the hour would pass quickly so I could indulge in Mom’s cooking.

It turned out that bible studies wasn’t bad after all. The cute brunette with the stunning smile made the time fly by as I glanced at her every time she looked down at the bible. Her beauty was surreal. It was on par with Miss Universe contestants. I lost complete control of my eyes as they wandered, mostly in her direction and at times elsewhere so it would see as if I looked around.

I wonder if Mom knew that she would be here. She probably did. She knows most of the church members. But I’ve never seen this lovely lady at church before. I wonder who she is. Maybe I should find out. I have to. I can’t let the opportunity pass me by. What if I don’t see her again?

When bible studies ended, we stood up and I cleared my throat, looking at the beauty queen. My heartbeat gained more momentum, and I felt my lips dry. I licked them and then stepped towards her after most of the group had left.

“Hi. I’m Guy,” I extended my hand and smiled.

“Mia. It’s nice to meet you.”

“This is my first time here.”

“Mine as well. I moved here from Nashville last week.”

“Oh, no way?”

“Yeah. I started a new job here last week and also had to look for a new church. I met Father Miller, and he told me about this church, which I find to be delightful.”

Aaah, of course. Father Miller and Mom are best friends. I wouldn’t be surprised if he told Mom about Mia and suggested that I attend bible studies.

“It is nice. He’s great. I’ve been coming here with my parents since I was small. My mom was always pedantic about me adopting Christian values and viewing the Lord as our saviour,” I said.

“That’s amazing. It’s always so nice to meet people with the same values as myself.”

“Yes, it is.”

We smiled at each other for some time. I began to feel slightly awkward by not saying anything, and I could tell that she was waiting for me to make a move.

“You wanna get coffee sometime when you’re free?” I asked.

“Sure. Sounds good.”

I saved her number and then walked with her to the parking lot. We shook hands before she got into her car. I felt like an idiot, waving as she pulled off. That was cringe.

During lunch, Mom asked me if I had met anyone. I glanced at her from the corner of my eyes, as if to say, That’s a statement and not a question since you set the whole thing up. But I’m glad that she did.

“I did, actually. A new member at the church.”

“What’s her name?”

“Mia. I didn’t say it was a woman.”

“I just assumed.”

“Cut the act, Mom. You know all about her.”

“Father Miller mentioned her. I’ve never even met her. I hope she’s nice.”

“She’s great.”

“I’m glad to hear that. Hope you two will be seeing each other again.”

“Maybe.”

“What do you mean, maybe? You’re thirty years old, dear. It’s time to get married.”

Dad is so much more pleasant to be around. He sits at the table, eats and keeps quiet. He doesn’t pressure me about anything. That’s probably because he’s too busy gorging Mom’s delicious food to focus on anything else.

Mom, on the other hand, has been on my case about finding a wife for the last five years. She said that I should make that a priority after getting a good job. Now that I’ve firmly established my career, she’s been hassling me more than ever before.

Before I left, Mom packed me food, which should last me for the next couple of days.

Later that night, when I got home, I couldn’t stop thinking about Mia’s beauty. Her smile makes her even more appealing, and her tanned skin makes me want to lick it. Her pussy must be bright pink and taste so damn good when it’s moist.

I pull out my dick and stroke it as I think about her getting on her knees in front of the couch. She’s taken over the stroking of my dick and is smiling at me. Oh, God. She looks so damn good.

Mia lowers her mouth towards my dick and puts it into her mouth. She bobs up and down on it while stroking it. She’s sucking it so well; it’s like she wants to suck all the juice out of it.

I raise my chin, close my eyes and curl my lips. Her lips feel so good on my dick. She wets it by licking it with her tongue and then even spits on it.

After sucking it for some time, Mia stands up and faces her back to me. She pulls her jeans off and then sits on my dick. I grab her waist and watch her flowy, brown hair hang to her upper back. I pull it, and she raises her chin.

She looks so damn hot. I spank her left butt cheek, and she looks over her shoulder and smiles at me. I know she likes it. I spank the other cheek, and she jumps on my dick faster.

I grab her wrists and then pull her arms behind her back. I tilt slightly to the right and see the side of her tit bouncing as she continues to jump on my dick.

I picture her getting off my dick and turning to face me and then sitting on top of me, with her hands on my shoulders as she bounces on my dick. She smiles at me as her butt cheeks clap against my legs. It’s so hot. I can’t take it anymore. I have to unload.

I twitch as I accidentally shoot my load onto the carpet. Darn it. I got so carried away in the fantasy that I forgot to get toilet paper to cover my dick.

Two days later, I called Mia. We spoke about her hobbies and where she’d like to travel. I liked that she mentioned travelling with her future husband. If she spoke about travelling alone, I would’ve thought that she was looking for dick around the world.

We seemed to be on the same page on many subjects, and I looked forward to our date. Something about the way she spoke and her thoughts on certain matters suggested to me that she was pure.

During our date, I was surprised to discover that she had only two boyfriends. She dedicates most of her time to work, so I got the impression from her story that she doesn’t go out much. I hope that means she hasn’t slept with many guys.

“What do you enjoy doing?” she asked.

“I love motorbikes. Nothing beats a Sunday ride up the mountains. It’s the best.”

“That does sound like fun. What bike do you have?”

“I don’t have one at the moment. My mom begged me to sell my bike a few years ago because she was worried about my safety. She doesn’t want me to risk getting hurt. To please her, I sold it. What Mom wants, Mom gets.”

“Okay. I take it you’re very close to your mom.”

“I am. She took care of me, still does in some ways. I stay by myself, but she sends me food often.”

Mia smiled. “That’s great that you’ve got a great relationship with your mother. I think it’s really nice.”

“Thanks. Are you close to your parents?”

“I am, actually. My father is quite strict, and my mother is more gentle. Dad was the disciplinarian. Firm but fair. But I love both of them.”

“That’s awesome.”

On the second date, we went bowling and then got a bite to eat. The more I got to know her, the lovelier she became. I was really impressed with her. I don’t want to jump the gun, but I feel that we’ve got a strong connection. If she feels the same, we may have a bright future together.

We kissed on the third date. By the fifth date, I asked her to be my girlfriend. I know; it was lame. But I felt that she waited for me to make the next move.

I told Mom about Mia, and she wanted to meet her. We went to my parents’ house on Sunday after church and had dinner. Mom questioned Mia about her future plans, and she was impressed that Mia wanted to start a family. In fact, Mom loved her.

Six months into our relationship, Mom asked me what my plans were with Mia. I knew she wanted to know if I would marry her and if so, when. I told her that I needed more time to decide.

Two months later, my heart had a burning desire to seal the deal with Mia. I couldn’t stop thinking about having a family. She was everything that I wanted and it seemed right. My heart had never guided me in the wrong direction, and it showed me the path to the aisle.

On my way to the jewellery store, I saw a woman wearing a mask. Strange. I couldn’t believe that people hadn’t gotten over that. Then it hit me. I hadn’t discussed an important topic with Mia. How could I have not considering she is a nurse? Darn it. I got so swept away by my love for her that I forgot to ask if she had been vaccinated.

My heartbeat knocked heavily against my chest. I so badly wished that by some stroke of luck, Mia wasn’t vaccinated. It wouldn’t matter to me, but Mom felt strongly about it. Strongly is an understatement. It was a deal breaker for her. I knew that I wouldn’t get her approval to marry Mia if she was vaccinated.

I couldn’t wait for Mia to finish her shift so I could call her.

“How was your day?” I asked.

“Exhausting. I was on my feet the whole day.”

“That’s tough. Seems like you’ve got a boss that runs a tight ship.”

“Tell me about.”

“It wouldn’t surprise me if he makes you do stuff that you don’t really want to do.”

“That happens more than I like.”

“He’s probably the type of guy that insisted you get vaccinated.”

“Oh, yeah. That was a big thing for him.”

“So, you’re vaccinated?”

“I had to do it to keep my job.”

I closed my eyes and dropped my head. Oh, God. Why?

For the next few days, I considered not telling Mom about Mia’s vaccination status. It wasn’t a big deal to me, and frankly, it wasn’t any of Mom’s business. The problem is that I can’t keep anything from Mom. She raised me and loves me. The least I owe her is honesty. This is something she would want to know.

On Sunday, I had lunch with my parents.

“I’m thinking about proposing to Mia.”

Mom’s eyes widened, and she wore the broadest smile I had ever seen. Mom stood up, cupped my face and smothered me with kisses. “That’s my boy. I’m so happy for you. You’ve made me the happiest mother on Earth.”

“There’s something I need to tell you.”

“What is it, dear?”

“Mia’s vaccinated. She had to do it to keep her job.”

Mom’s smile vanished. Her shoulders raised as she inhaled a deep breath, looking like joy had been snatched right out of her soul. Dad looked at Mom as she sat.

“You know how I feel about that,” she said.

“I do, and I don’t understand why.”

“I have my reasons, Guy.”

“I love her, Mom. I want to spend the rest of my life with her.”

“I can’t stop you, but I won’t approve of your marriage to her. I’ll always think that you made a mistake.”

“Why? What’s the big deal if she’s vaccinated?”

“It is a big deal.”

I went home and thought about what Mom told me. Mia would sense Mom’s resentment if we got married, and she would never treat Mia as her daughter, which is something she’s wanted all her life.

That treatment wouldn’t be fair to Mia, and I have a feeling that Mom would be disappointed with me for the rest of her life. It was a lose-lose situation.

The more I thought about it, the more I realised that there was only one solution.

I sat down with Mia and told her that it was for the best that she finds another man because we couldn’t have a future. Saying those words was the most difficult thing I ever had to do. Not only did I hurt Mia, but I broke my own heart.

Seeing her cry felt like somebody trampled on my heart. The last thing I thought I’d ever do was hurt her.

During Sunday’s lunch, out of the blue, Dad said, “You don’t know this, son, but your mother is also vaccinated.”

My head snapped in his direction. “What?” I asked.

“She had to do it so she could enter the private hospital where she gets special care.”

“I can’t believe this. Are you serious?” I looked at Dad, then Mom.

“It’s true, dear.”

“So why do you have a problem with Mia being vaccinated?”

“We don’t know what’s in that vaccine. It could be anything, and I don’t want you to go through life without a woman looking after you. If something happens to me and Mia, who’s going to be there for you?”

I frowned, then closed my eyes and shook my head. “Mom, I’m not a little child. I can take care of myself. I can’t believe this. I didn’t marry the love of my life because you think the vaccine is poisonous and that you and Mia can die.”

I got up and left.

I called Mia several times, but she didn’t answer. I figured that she was working, so I went to the hospital. I saw her in the hallway and ran up to her.

She was startled to see me.

“Hi,” I said and smiled.

She had a deadpan look.

I added, “I’ll get to the point. I made a huge mistake. Telling you that you should be with someone else was the biggest mistake of my life. I love you, Mia, and I want to spend the rest of my life with you. I listened to Mom, and it was a mistake. She wouldn’t give me her approval to marry you because you were vaccinated. I know it’s a stupid reason. I didn’t want you to feel upset if she treated you with disdain. And I have to admit that it would’ve been difficult for me to marry you without Mom’s approval. But things have changed. I’d love nothing more than to spend the rest of my life with you, Mia.”

“Guy, it seems to me that your mother will always be the first woman in your life. I can understand that you’re close to her, but your wife should take her place. And I don’t think that’s ever going to be the case. I have to get back to work. Excuse me.”

My heart dropped to my stomach as I watched the woman of my dreams walk away from me. She was right about what she said. I don’t know how I’m going to live with myself for making the biggest mistake of my lifetime.
